Things were good there up until I made a small error which was exacerbated by the teller. They closed my account and kind of treated my like a criminal with no help whatsoever. No support at all. Not good for customer service. It's ok, moved on to Bank of America and they've been great.

They will rob you and call it a check hold. They told me 7 business days and it's now been 9. They claim the other bank won't answer them only to find out the other bank released funds on day 2. They are starting. They are a horrible bank and i can't wait to close my account.

What a JOKE. They cannot cash my paycheck that is drawn on their bank. The little POS behind the counter is scared to face me. There has to be a law or something. All I can say is don't bank here if you make more than $10k cause they don't have the funds to cover it.
