“This bank is pretty good, but what absolutely shines is the employees. They genuinely want to help you get out of debt. They genuinely want to help you get loans. Props to trevor. He tried to figure out if I could get a car loan. Once he figured out I couldn't because the car was too old, he told me what bank I could go to. He said he was there to help me with my financial needs even if it wasn't with chase. Amazing support 10/10. THANK YOU TREVOR!!!”
“I needed some specialty services, and despite attempting getting appointments at a variety of banks (including BofA and non-BofA banks), none responded positively to me like this bank did. I got what I needed, and now I have the services I require, and am thus a continuing customer at this institution. They were very friendly and accomodating, and their Assistant Vice President Muheed Bosheezada was great! Despite not knowing my ATM pin, we were able to work out a workaround, and we got it done!”

“A classic example of great customer care and focus. I visited this branch for a notary appointment. A warm welcome by the staff. Manager Tiffany Graves was busy and I was waiting for her to be available. Her officer comes to me after some time, explains the situation, apologizes for the delay and offers me an alternative to go to the next door UPS store and the bank will reimburse me!! What a surprise!! I couldn't imagine a bank paying for a notary for a customer's personal document! Not the end of the story yet. The manager then called me that afternoon and apologized for my wait and inconvenience! I am pleasantly surprised and felt special in this artificial AI world and profit-obsessed, constantly cost-cutting corporate cultures (vultures?? Haha). Thank you Tiffany, Marlene (sorry if I mistyped your name) and Sneha for creating a beautiful positive world inside these 4 walls of the branch.
Last week I visited the Bank of America branch for the same. You should read my review on Google for it! Two bank branches right next to each other, and still two worlds apart! One place where I saw anger and frustration of customers, negative energy abound, while the other place is warm and welcoming. I have banked with both banks for the last two decades, mostly online, it is only now when I went in person I know the real identities and values!! A great lesson too in how one person, a manager probably, who can shape the experiences, and days, of customers who walk in! You can choose to make them feel happy and special or sad and unwelcome!!

“Came in here on a Saturday planning to use the inside ATM to get some exact denominations and then realized I couldn’t get a 50 or a 10. I got my money anyhow, and then the line was like 15 people long. I peaked over to the desk and asked Jonathan if I had to wait in line for a half hour to get my denominations. He hooked it up and came back with the denominations like a boss. What a Saturday lifesaver as I had fresh flowers in the car. That’s Customer Service. I don’t want special treatment all the time but maybe once in a while makes it feel like your bank has your back. Thank you”
