Ended up coming here after the actual Verizon store had to close for the day due to a facilities issue. Richard helped me with an upgrade and adding a smartwatch. When he was done he handed both items to me sealed in the box I asked if I would leave my trade in phone with him after the transfer was done he told me to do it at home since it was going to take over an hour. I was confused why he didn't at least make sure the activation was complete but figured he had a point. When he said the total I questioned if it was just for the taxes since the total was high, he said yes . After i swiped my card he said he emailed my receipt to me, didn't ask me if u wanted it in that moment and due to the activation of my new phone I was unable to see the receipt that was emailed to me until after I went home and set up my phone. I saw that he charged me two set up& go fees equaling $65. I called the store and asked what was included in the set up & go service and he said "activating the phone, the set up, and transfer of data." I informed him that he had helped me a little over an hour ago and none of that was done for me but I was charged for it and he proceeded to argue and cut me off and say that he didn't have to do those things and that I was getting upset for no reason. He said he activated the phone on his end and let me know the transfer was going to take a while and I decided to do it in my own. And he's right but he didn't mention was that I was getting charged for HIM to do it not for me to do it myself. He charged me for services without my knowledge which is stealing. He should be ashamed of himself and should be fired immediately. Should have drove out of town to another Verizon store or just gone to Best Buy. Don't go here, they'll rip you off.

I asked to disconnect an old account when I upgraded. I was told they would. I have been charged two months in a row for the old account. I contacted Verizon and they told me there was nothing that could be done but that they could disconnect the account moving forward. When asking for a refund, I was patronized with “I do believe in you it is just we cannot give a credit without any notes in the account as we also do have rules set.” So not only did they lie to me but they also stole over $200 from me and back up their theft with the notion that they didn’t make any note of my request. It’s cyclical theft and completely unfair. I am considering changing phone companies now as a result.Update: thank you for your expediency in response. I have contacted Verizon already who opened a ticket looking into the matter. Either way, I was not informed that all my cloud data would be deleted upon cancelling the old line. Since it has only ever been me on the account, it was reiterated I would continue to have access to my cloud including all my old photos and videos. I have tried accessing them via computers and it has never worked. So now I cannot cancel the old line because Verizon has limited my access to my cloud. I am being charged an additional $150 per month because of technical errors. And I was not informed in person about the cloud data deletion, either. The ticket request has already been made so I am not sure how contacting a separate entity via email will do anything additional from here.

Ryan & Angel at this location made my time a breeze! My phone stopped working & I walked out paying less than what I would have fixed my old phone for with an upgrade! Very awesome experience and they didn’t mind my 2 year old being a bit adventurous. Would recommend this location, as unfortunately, other locations haven’t been quite as accommodating. Overall best phone company experience I’ve had.

Great customer service. I went in with a question - my new iPhone 14 was not responding and there was a Verizon store next to the Fedex I was going to - and Victra answered it and he rescued my phone from SOS mode. Very satisfied. I purchased two adapters for my iPhone. More recently I visited to get a new screen protector and a new case and as before, I received excellent recommendations and an EXCELLENT new type of screen protector that took 5 minutes to install and a great new case!

Service today was atrocious. The clerk was on a personal phone call and continued to talk to his friend through most of my visit only getting off the phone when another customer walked in. Lied about being on the phone with his manager and was rude and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Answer to business owner response: I have already reached out to your email (days ago) with no response. Just shows customer service is not important to your company. Like I said save yourselves the headache and shop elsewhere.

This is not a store to deal with. They bait and switch you. I ordered a phone online and had it shipped to this store. They claim that "they have a problem with digital orders and you can cancel your order and we will help you here with a new phone..." then when you get their they try to upsell you and try to charge you more than your original order. I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday to report this unlawful scam. Do not buy from this store they are thieves.

Rep refused to help me, when I filed a complaint with corporate another guy showed up and told me he wanted us to ‘take it outside’. When I refused, he called the cops on me and said I was a nuisance. I’ve only been with Verizon less than 2 weeks- it has not been fun.
