“There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”

About 3 months ago I noticed a small crack in the glass which wasn’t a surprise considering the abuse this watch has taken. I sent it to be repaired and the owner jimmy called me personally to inform me of the job scope and that it would be shipped back the next day. He was such a pleasure to talk to!
