I walked in and was greeted. I like to look around before asking for help. When I did not find the items I was looking for I ran into Darryl who offered me assistance.
I said yes and went over my list. Darryl took the time to show me around the store to get my shopping done. He also went over the promotions and told me about other ways to save money.
Darryl did not seem bothered with my questions and he didn't make me feel like I was a burden.

I spoke with Belinda in tracking customer service who went out of her way to locate exactly where my package was at that moment.As promised, she called me back within 5 mins and told me that it was already on the truck and would be delivered within 45 mins.My experience with this company was Excellent, based on my interaction with this customer service agent.I'm certain that if they had a whole department of 'Belindas' the reviews for GSO/GLS-US would all be 5 star ratings.”

“I have lived on the economy (meaning I used their postal systems) for extended periods in New Zealand, Sicily, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Germany. Without a doubt the USPS far exceeds all these on systems. Locally, I have found our Post Office adequately supplied and the staff exceptionally friendly as well as proactive in customer assistance.
