“My car lost power steering while I was on 80 heading to Reno; luckily I was able to crawl off the exit and land at Donner Summit Gas. My passenger had AAA but neither of us had a phone. The very kind lady at the cash register let us call AAA and arrange for towing service, sold us some snacks and was very encouraging as we waited for the tow truck. My only complaint is there were no paper towels in the restroom. Thank you!”
