    Clean facility and an overall great workout environment! The owner Scott seems like a nice guy, and Tara the instructor I had was awesome. Definitely recommend this place!!

    Few, if any, fitness experiences reach this level of personalization and community. The value here is through the roof relative to landscape of alternative options. You aren't just a "member" you are family and that is an addictive feeling. The workouts are innovative, fun and effective.

    Scott gives everyone an amazing workout! I always leave feeling like he pushed my potential past what I thought I could do. The gym has great equipment and art and he always has a great playlist. You will get in excellent shape training with Scott, and his prices are tough to beat.
