Somehow, in spite of these inherent challenges, the team at this Vons powers through. There's never much of a line, and I've found their staff to be incredibly helpful and caring.”

“One of the employees at CVS showed me what patience looks like today. There were many older customers that he assisted them with so much patience. I would have lost my SH$T. Some of the customers took like 7 minutes of his time just to save like $0.17! Another was not "battery" savy and was just a little short with him but he took it in stride while helping. I was printing out pictures (home printer broke) and the printer jammed or something so I just waited for all of these seniors to get their slow/inconsequential demands met. He was fast, professional, helpful, kind, patient and was smiling the whole time. I was impatient too just from waiting but he helped me with the same genuine attitude. Kudos to that man!!!
