Evidently they are under new management and I suppose the manager thinks this is Oakland or San Francisco because they no longer allow indoor shopping thru the night, only window service, and they have put the microwave behind the counter! Again, Sonoma isn't that type of area! It's safe here, Mr/Mrs Manager!!
Either treat your customers right or leave!

Very rude lady at the register. I bought a soda with Extra Miles (only 79 cents) and paid in coins. She miscounted twice and when I pointed out there was in fact the correct amount, she snapped at me "I know how to count!" Then she counted again, probably hoping to see that she was right, and offered no apology when she was proven wrong.

I fill up here a lot because I like the quality of gas and price from chevron over Shell but as far as tidiness goes, there is always trash EVERYWHERE!! The windshield cleaners are always broken and they'll randomly close the convenient store down to take breaks at all hours of the day. You can find better gas, service and less mess at 76.

Every time I go here it smells like a Urinal at the Pumps , I was going to wash my windows while I waited for my $5.89 Dollars if Regular Gas, the water smelled worse, like it hadn't been changed in days. The Garbage was overflowing at 5:45am on a Tuesday.. this is Sonona, not Oakland or Fresno...

The black lady said I cannot park at the gas station (at 5am on Saturday) while I spend at the chevron gas stations anywhere from $1200 to $1500 per month for gas. What a appreciation. I will switch to shell gas stations

Went to cash in a scratcher for 60.00 and was told that they could only cash out at 50.00 maximum. Why do they even sell lottery Lottery rules state hat any ticket up to 599.00 can be cashed out at any lottery retail outlet. Next I’m contacting the lottery to maybe get some answer. I could understand a large amount but this was for 60.00. They lost my business and I will let everyone I know not to go here fore anything!!!!

ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! I give this place one star only because I don't have an option to give it ZERO stars!!! Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! I was overcharged for a drink and when I explained this to the employee, I was treated as if it were my fault. The employee and manager were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The employee pulled the money out of her own pocket and said "we've been seeing this all the time." Are you accusing me of stealing? Than please review your cameras!!! Oh, and by the way, your soda machines are out of service!!!! So there is absolutely NO WAY I refilled my drink, which says Jack in the Box on it, at your store!!!! Don't waste your time going here!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Address 540 W. Napa St. Sonoma, CA 95476

I came here. I am from out of town. They have no diesel pumps. I noticed a lot of lock stations don't carry diesel. Why not? Must not be a demand for it. You think a major brand would have diesel.

"KATIE " I was behind you in a white collar shirt and black pants. Waiting for my change on that pump you had said you used. "Blue Mercedes " It's not the lady's fault you paid and drove off without pumping your gas. She had no control on whoever pulled up after you left and pumped your gas. Maybe next time understand she can't stand there and make sure everyone pumps there gas. Also she did not throw any paper @ you I witnessed the whole situation. She verbally told you her managers name and you threw a Your receipt at her and demanded her to write it down instead. I Shop here everyday for my morning coffee and pump gas all the time never had an issue. I'm just saying if you paid and drove off without pumping and return almost 45 later , you would expect that someone else had to pull up. Obviously the person who pumped it is no longer on site after almost and hour later that you paid so she can't have that person pay back. Katie you must of been the one having a long bad day for you to drive off and forget to pump your gas.

After a decade of filling up our tanks here (a Lexus and Infiniti at 80 dollars a pop), we won't be back because of the hostile environment. Yesterday, after the credit card machine at one pump almost ate my card, I was forced to go into the store - where I was told to make up a number; it was too much trouble for the staff to sell me gas from inside the store. Hobbling around on a fractured foot and dressed for therapy which I'd just come from - I so just wanted to fill up my tank and go home. The guy behind the counter was soft-spoken and pleasant. When I explained I'd gotten turned around because of the broken machine outside, he said politely that he going to try and work things out with me - but a woman behind the counter butted in and began yelling at me saying, "What do you want us to do?" I answered, "I'd like you to treat me kindly, maybe just be nice and say you're sorry I'm out twenty dollars because your credit card machine didn't work and I got turned around. Just show some sympathy." She could have also offered: "The person who filled up on your money didn't use it all. Why don't you go out and grab the rest of the gas?" but she was too busy making things all about her to think in a straight line. Her exact words yelled thrice: "You should apologize to us for making a mistake! I'm not giving you twenty dollars out of my pocket!" Woah. Loony tunes in spades. I kept asking for the manager's name (no manager on site isn't cool with employees like her), but she refused for a good five minutes - until she finally wrote a name down and threw the paper at me. I guess she didn't have enough cheerios for breakfast or something and needed to feel powerful. Too bad. If she'd just let the guy and I continue our conversation, he'd already offered to have me speak to the manager - he didn't need hostile back-up. But I'm over it. From now on, we'll just fill up our cars nearby at the Shell where people are nice. Life is short.

Good gas always in and out quick and never over packed like most chevrons or other cheaper gas station. I only put chevron in my car because you get what you pay for and the difference in price is made up by the difference in the miles per gallon I get. I actually save more getting 91 supreme chevron gas than I do getting the cheap shell or beacon gas but if I absolutely have to next choice would be Valero.. Try it on your car and you would be amazed how much extra money you waste on the cheaper gas because you think you are saving but in fact you are spending more for less!
