Strike two. I walked in, observed the prices. The only sale that day was on Christmas ornaments, left outside in the rain, and some slightly damp books on a table outside near the ornaments. I saw an OXO 2 in 1 opener near the glass cabinet for 8.00. I asked the man at the counter if there were any other sales in the store, and mentioned that I would buy it for 5.00. Without providing any eye contact, he said that there were no other sales other than the goods outside and that he cannot alter any prices whatsoever. He repeats the second part twice. I had the impression he did not want to carry the conversation any further. I just told him thanks, and sorry that I disturbed him and his time. I moved on. Obviously, this is not a place for cheap ass people like me.

Such a fun shop. Everything color coordinated. Clothes, antiques, jewelry. Reasonable prices!

Really really bad experience with the owner of the business. We were about to purchase many pieces of ceramics and she refused to package them properly. She was very rude and has NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Interesting finds at a good store supporting a charitable cause. It’s a departure from the other more refined stores around it but a nice break and interesting stop along the way.

This little shop is such a charming place, lots of little items you can get for your home. It has clothing, shoes, books and even vinyl records. I loved the kitchen items and even got a real mid century vase I use as utensil holder. This shop is wonderfully decorated and feels like very well taken care of and loved by employees. I forgot to mention- silver plated utensils and crystal glasses! Really they are for any taste and preference, I liked a lot of items.

Do not come here if you value manners and respect. I came here last month looking for Christmas village houses and they had a good stock. I found a couple that I was hoping to take a look at but I didn't want to just take it upon myself to take them out of their styrofoam and boxes. I took it up to the counter, patiently waited for the man and woman that were working to end their conversation, and politely asked if he would be able to let me see the house unboxed. He snidely said, "I'm not going to take it out, you can but your going to have to figure out how to get it back in there if you don't buy it." I was honestly just shocked about how rude that was. I was trying to be respectful by not opening something up without their permission and that's the response I get? I left immediately. Definitely not going to be giving someone like that my business, then, or ever. I do not recommend this place at all and I will never be back.

Sadly - alert thrift seekers their prices outrageous ! Multiple 10 year + old kitchen bowls, utensils, canisters tagged over $25! They may think Plaza locale brings deep pockets. Only rating 2* given their creative displays - otherwise go elsewhere

Poor customer service… I walk in and the sales woman and myself are the only people in there and I get no greeting even thought she clearly saw me. I’m by no means a stickler for customer service but a simple hello especially in an empty shop is bare minimum. The cherry on top was her associate coming in a few minutes later and complaining about his bad at experience at another shop where the girl working did not greet him or give eye contact…..she proudly replied and said “We’ll you know that’s the difference you get here.” I couldn’t be bothered to say anything in person but I sort of thought this was too ironic to not leave a review. They made me feel unwelcome as they only greeted and spoke in a friendly tone to select customers. The irony of the whole situation did give me a laugh, but church mouse employees it might do you good to treat all your customers with the same level of respect and kindness…this is a charity shop after all.

Love the location, easy, peasy in Sonoma Plaza. Love what you purchase supports such great causes. Place is pretty packed with nice finds. Prices a wee bit rich for my blood, but natch, I had to look. I will pop in again next time I'm in Sonoma Square. If you are in the area, take a few minutes or an hour to see all the great finds. Clothes are really wonderful and in great shape.

Went to donate some things and the attendant said "oh we don't need frames right now " it was an antique frame worth over 200.00, but the man was no where near knowledgeable enough to know that. All the items where good quality- they should take it all or the get nothing!!! My message to the store is don't be greedy and picky They got nothing
