The staff is great. They keep this hedge fund money racket store front money-laundering scam going by exploiting their desperate underclass labor force for very low wages.
Every Dollar Store I've ever seen is absurdly understaffed, directly as a result of intentional management design. It stresses the employees out every shift. The owners of this morbid symptom of a capitalist system in collapse should be jailed for labor law violations. Not a fan.
These hyper-exploitive late stage capitalist sweat shops are signs of a country in decline.

If I could give a ZERO star review for the on going rude, unprofessional customer service this store provides, Id go beyond with a Negative zero start review! I shop here regularly and it never fails that the checker is absolutely miserable.I got the displeasure of Raymond today! He never said hello, never made eye contact, then after ringing up all my glass dishes to transport home, REFUSED to wrap them in paper or paper towel so they didnt break! He said they weren't allowed to wrap them! Then he rudely told me to do it myself or he was canceling my transaction! His customer service skills are atrocious! Management was yelling back and forth at eachother, nobody wanted to address the issue. All while customers are piling up in line w only good ole Raymond doing less than a half a$$! You suck Raymond and need to be fired!!! Ill make the drive to Petaluma from now on, this store is also FILTHY!BRING BACK BROOKE!! She was the only delight to that store!

The staff is very apathetic, while they were serving me they were talking between the cashiers and they didn't even offer me the receipt, they just left me standing there and left after collecting, no thanks, no ticket, I felt upset, but I didn't say anything since the cashier left, plus the store is always very messy even though it is one of the smallest dollar trees I have visited

The store is very dirty. The floors have black streaks and unknown stains all over them. There are items in the walkway strewn across the floor making it unsafe and inviting someone to trip over the items and have a fall. It is actually hazardous and unsanitary. Something needs to be done by the health department to make this store safe because mine and other comments here show it is not. I am not sure how it got this far because the level of filth and debris is not new. I actually saw it this way 3 years ago at the holiday season and it is summer 3 years later and it has not changed.

the dollar tree advertises everything in their store as $1.25 but they have other items at a higher price and don't tell the customers that certain items are more, stop false advertising or change your store name to dollar tree plus the economy is bad enough without stores not selling as they advertise!!

I have been to many dollar trees and honestly Dollar Tree have made my childhood complete. But this dollar tree has showed nothing but the worst customer service. I have seen cahiers so irritated with their co workers and expressing that in front of their customers to them getting irritated with me. I was having a bad day and expressing that on the phone and moving my cart vigorous and fast so a store worker decided to express her opinion far from professional and more personal and rude. The one that truly made me write this unfortunate review is the shorter Caucasian women working on Wednesday Evening. Seems like the staff here truly hates their life or job and wants to take it out on the others.

So sad to see what's happened to one of my favorite stores! Went there yesterday for my usual things around 9:30am and the store was an absolute mess..most of the shelves empty..stacks of unopened boxes with only one employee at the Register...no other employees stocking shelves...very long line. I've noticed over past several months since they went to $1.25 and changed the carts so you can't take them out of the store it has been gradually going downhill. Yesterday was the worst I've ever seen it. Maybe corporate will read these reviews and send someone to the store to find out what's going on. They definitely need a manager that can hire and train employees and keep the shelves stocked. They also need more then one cashier at a time. The lines are way to long especially when you just want to come in and buy one thing.

I definitely agree with the comments here. I like to come to the dollar store when I know I need to buy something specific, and I know I can find it for a lower price. But there is always one register open, which is very frustrating. The times I have been their staff has treated me friendly, and that's why I am giving them three stars for being there and working hard. Sadly, their staff doesn't last a long time working there. Hopefully, they do something about it because I do enjoy having the dollar store; well, now more like dollar plus in Sonoma
