“Celeste is a retail rockstar! She helped me out while a kitchen class was going on in their demonstration kitchen in the last hour of the store’s operating day with fining my parents some afternoon tea snacks. She even offered to wrap them for me since she knew they were gifts. She did all this while answering phones and making sure the people on hold were being taken care of as well. She’s the reason in person retail is such a delight vs. shopping online! Major kudos to her and the original Williams-Sonoma store team! Just absolutely above and beyond!”
