I was here yesterday 4/19 at 5:30 pm. The line at the cash register had 20 people waiting in it. One cashier only. Just one. Self checkout 15 or less items and no alcohol allowed. Most customers only had alcohol and made up of over half the line. Deli worker named Tristan (male/dyed pink hair/extremely slender) is very chatty and talkative..talked no mask directly over the lunch meat I ordered, mouth open and talking 3 inches from my meat..I had to reject it as it was now contaminated by any aerosol droplets from his mouth and unsafe for consumption. please take this seriously. Check store cameras 4/19/25 4:50-5:55pm. Deli and checkout lanes. TY. The bathrooms stink to high hell and the smell is so strong it permeates into the walkway into the hallway by the meat department especially by the microwavable meats against the wall in the cooler it is so disgusting I believe they have a sewage leak or maybe their fans don't work it really doesn't make me feel comfortable shopping there. The conveyor belts are always filthy and covered in mysterious white substances and sticky substances every time I get to check out because I usually had more than 15 items I have to demand that they clean the belts they should be doing that on their own it seems like they don't clean them more than once a day. Unfortunately Safeway isn't any better I mean both the stores to pick from are terrible so does that mean that Whole Foods gets a medal? Medal 🏅

Less selection than Safeway, but better prices. Worth downloading the App for digital coupons. Also they have in store wifi, but you need to connect and accept manually. Older store, but so what!

This store has giving me the worst experience. Every time I walk in immediately one of the managers Dolores I believe is her name. just follows me around the store. I act as if I don’t notice her. But today she decided to follow me outside to the parking lot screaming that I didn’t pay for some cheese and donuts at the self checkout. When I did. I even showered her the receipt and she didn’t even even bother to apologize. This is not okay. This isn’t the first time she’s shown rude customer service. There was a time when I took my mother to the store and there was a sale for mangos. But you needed the app coupon. I bought mangos with my app and my phone number and then my mother was trying to do the same. Dolores made a big seen that my mother couldn’t use the coupon because I had already used it. Take in mind my mothers app is connected to her phone number and her information . We do not live together. So how is that possible. My mother should have been able to use her coupon and her phone number but Dolores did not want to allow it. So we ended up leaving with out any product and having to drive to Safeway. Better customer service.

This is the wild Wild West of groceries stores, I would rather drive an extra 5-10 min to go into Safeway or Whole Foods. Without a doubt every time I try to go shop here something goes wrong or prices don’t match up with advertisement. Drive the extra mile, it’ll be worth it !

Dolores is rude to customers (not just us) and is not able to interpret product tags with sale prices. She refused to give us, and other customers, a price that was clearly posted on the item. I witnessed several people abandon their carts due to Dolores driving away business. We gave up and chose not to purchase the item due to the incompetence and rude service we received. Her customer service was curt, rude, and dismissive when we tried to politely point out the fine print on the tag. The sale price did not get discounted at the register, and we were one of about 6 customers experiencing the same issue, specifically with Dolores. No help at self checkout either for anyone who ran into the same issue. Give your business to another Sonoma establishment - Lucky is making money on Sonomans by posting sale prices that are false and not honored by staff.

No help in self checkout. Many times they have to take a checker off the register to give you help. This delays the checking for people in the non self checkout line. Safeway has a dedicated checker for self checkout. It works great

I used to like luckys too. Maybe that's why I keep giving this store another chance. But literally, every single time I come here, I leave disappointed and frustrated. It's always just a waste of my time because I always end up having to go to another store to get what I need or need to get done. And no one ever seems to be particularly interested in helping any of their customers when they need assistance, and every time I've asked for help, I feel like I'm a huge burden when all I'm asking is for services that they claim to provide. I've been turned away, multiple times, when asking for services provided at the customer service desk, being told that there is simply "no one working customer service today".... on a Saturday... at 11:am? Had to go elsewhere. Stood in long lines multiple timesl, like 12 people deep, waiting forever at the checkstand, as I was scolded for trying to use self checkout with 5 more than the 15 items that are allowed... even though there was no line at selfcheckout, and no one was waiting, those 5 extra items would have probably caused their entire system to catch fire and a meltdown, imenant.. so it's understandable I guess? Went to buy a few groceries, planning on getting cash back as that is a service they claim to provide. Yes, it was 5mn to closing, but if you say you give cash back, you have a register in front of you to collect $ and has $ in it, you should give cash back up until your last customer leaves, up until you close. But the cashier looked at me as if I was asking her for something outrageous and was in disbelief that I would even think I could get cash back at such a time! What was I thinking even making such an absurd and ridiculous request?! How dare I assume that she would even do such a thing as actually provide me a service that they claim provide during business hours? She even refused me the service with a smile! Now that's customer service for ya! So once again, I had to go elsewhere. Needless to say, I'm done wasting my time here. No customer service, sub par, over-priced groceries, and looonnngggg lines. Don't waste your time here, go to safeway instead. They are a much better establishment with helpful and friendly employees, where the customer service desk is always open when they say it is, and where you can use self check out with any # of groceries. That's where I'll be from now on.
