Wow. Terrible. I was shopping for insurance, they asked me for tons of documentation (which is not atypical of course), but then didn't respond to my subsequent calls or emails asking if they got all of it, needed more info, etc. and never even got me a quote.

Donna and her team are amazing! She helped me with business and rental insurance and we had 2 claims that were soooo easy it was great. Highly recommend her as well as Hartford Insurance. Not the cheapest ever but worth it when something actually goes wrong and you need a claim
