I desperately needed a new headlight for my 2008 Subaru Forester in the middle of very bad patch of weather. Russell was incredibly helpful and gave me a range of options, recommending a brighter bulb that would also last longer. This was an extremely positive experience, and I can't recommend this O'Reilly store enough.

I had a front headlight out, so I ran by Napa to get part & see if they could replace it. They said no too much of a liability, so I didn't purchase a bulb. I called O'Reilly's from the Napa parking lot to see if they could replace it. TJ said no problem. I zipped right over & it took 5 minutes. I really appreciated this service because the dealership wanted $60 & I really couldn't afford it. Thanks again TJ!

Rubén is super beyond rude, sounded very annoyed when I would ask him questions about certain parts I needed. Never had an issue here before until he came along worst experience EVER.
