Outdora is a first class operation with excellent customer service. I got a lot of help from them for my Alfa Forni oven which was non-operational. They offered insightful suggestions and very quickly scheduled a service call. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I called Outdora when I was having trouble with a pizza oven I had bought from a different dealer. Stuart, the owner, was super helpful. He took the time to listen, make helpful suggestions and scheduled a visit from their service department. The way he took care of someone who's not even his customer speaks volumes about the values and ethics of this business. Thank you!

We recently installed a beautiful fire pit on our patio. We purchased it from Outdora, a fantastic local resource for fire pits, outdoor kitchens and related items. During the entire design, selection and installation process Stuart and his team exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and customer service. As an architect, I appreciated Stuart's attention to detail and his willingness to create a custom fire pit (including the creation of a physical model and a video of the fire pit). I would highly recommend Outdora.

Here's the deal... the mantra for today's pandemic economy: SHOP LOCAL - BUY LOCAL. Small, independently owned businesses need and deserve your patronage now more than ever. You'll get rewarded with more than great service but your investment locally pays great community dividends right here (not in Seattle/Amazon, Bentonville/Walmart, Atlanta/Home Depot). Stuart and his team did a super job when they personally delivered and set up our brand new high performance BBQ grill. Great service on a particularly hot day, perfect for grilling this evening. And... they removed the old grill. Great service, super selection and the offer to come back and service it later on!Buy local and you'll get real value from Outdora in downtown Sonoma.

For weeks I have been told by Outdora that they are ordering parts for our grill and will have them in 1-2 weeks. Then I call and they take down my number to call me back since they are *so busy* and need to check the status of the parts, yet they never call me back. I would never trust them or recommend them. This has been going on for over a month now and all they did was fed me was lies.

We've been looking at pizza ovens for a while and found Outdora recently. So happy we did because Stuart was very helpful, not only in picking the perfect oven for our family but also sharing great advice on pizza making, dough recipes, and cooking techniques. We really appreciate his knowledge and how accommodating he was to meet us on a Sunday afternoon at 430.

We just bought the Kamado Joe Classic from Stuart at Outdora and cannot say enough what a great experience it was! Made an appointment to meet with him and he was there within 15 minutes! I had an idea of what I wanted and he was so knowledgeable and helpful, I left there knowing I'd made the right decision for my husband's Father's Day/birthday gift! Delivery was effortless and within days of order...highly recommend for bbq, smoker, pizza oven purchase!

Stuart at Outdora is an awesome resource for outdoor grilling and had exactly what I was looking for. Due to Covid-19 he set up an appointment with me and was very flexible. After my first few cooks on my new grill, I had an issue with a part and he was very responsive on getting me a warranty claim set up. Thank you Stuart!

Stuart and his team have a focused selection of high-quality product and are very knowledgable about the features of their products.Stuart was able to visit our worksite to help us select the appropriate size of products and has been a great partner throughout the process.

Warning. Do not use this company for an indoor kitchen, and read this review before you consider them for anything. We had a bad experience and they ended up keeping $15,000 (of a 50k check that they told us was for manufacture of the cabinets) after they spent way too much time planning and designing a kitchen that ultimately produced defective plans. After waiting for 2 1/2 months this outcome was distressing, and we quit the relationship, but not before having given them a sizable check. They're really nice guys but don't be fooled. They do not have the competence to complete any indoor project at all, and I consider that they are dishonest in keeping all our money. They didn't even offer to give us back the funds they took for delays and poor workmanship. We would've been happy to repay them for travel time, but 15 thousand dollars is inarguably exorbitant. The stainless steel kitchen cabinet vendor John Michael has actually severed the relationship with Outdora over this situation! I had to appeal to JM directly. Thank goodness they stepped in but because of recalcitrance on the part of Stuart in returning our money, they dumped Outdora. Zero stars.

One star is too many. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm 49! That's a bold statement. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world. On October 7th I ordered a fire pit that was in stock and after a number of days I had not received any order confirmation. Luckily Paypal had record of my order. I called Outdora and asked about my order and they explained that their confirmation system was down. Understandable. They confirmed that they had received my order and that it would arrive in another week. Not exactly Amazon. It eventually arrived and it was the wrong model! Again, things happen. When I contacted them on a Friday (2 weeks after my original order) they confirmed that they did indeed send me the wrong model (after I had to text images of the box, model number and open the box to confirm what was inside) and that the correct model would be shipped on Monday, along with returning the incorrect model. Now we're going on 6 weeks and I still don't have the fire pit I ordered. Maybe they know that it is now snowing in Kansas City and I don't have use for one.Customer service will not return my emails or voice messages. Thanks for your help Mason and others. Btw, no one here answers the phone. I've tried 4 extensions during business hours including sales and customer service. Amazing.Outdora, thanks for helping me let my son down. He was damned excited to roast s'mores and sit around the fire this fall. Maybe next year...if my fire pit arrives.

I ordered a beverage dispenser from Outdora. It was sold to me as a "Floor Model" but held, I was told, a full manufacturer's warranty. When the unit showed up, it was unable to refrigerate. Upon contacting Outdora, I was told I should deal with the manufacturer's warranty department. Eventually a technician was sent out to look at the unit, and it was discovered that not only had all of the refrigerant leaked out, but it was apparent to the technician that this was not the first time that this had happened. Apparently before the unit was sold to me, someone had already refilled the refrigerant loop.
