If you're looking for a place to get all of your Pet needs met this is it! For years I tried out different stores in Sonoma, each was alright but it wasn't until I went to PetCo I realized what was missing: Great Customer Service.Every time I go in here I have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and a great selection of EVERYTHING. From foods, beds, leashes and toys.While I know they're a chain, the local store really stands out!

Friendly staff and great selection. My only complaint is that I feel judged when purchasing food if it's not the most expensive bag on the shelf. When buying grain friendly food I'm redirected to grain-free, which is a little disheartening since very few dogs actually have a grain allergy. My dog is a large/deep-chested breed and therefore more susceptible to DCM (which is very real and can be caused by a diet without trace minerals that certain grains provide). Otherwise I am very happy with the products and otherwise friendly staff.

The very BEST place in or around Sonoma. I do believe they have the ONLY self-serve washing area for pets to get washes by their parents who may not have a big enough place for them to do it at home. What a wonderful idea ?!!! The staff are simply awesomely nice and educated. I'd hang out there if I could!!! Lol ? but seriously, I would!!!

Everyone here is so friendly & truly love animals. I went in with out 5 month old corgi and everyone was so nice & friendly to her. Also staff was very respectful in asking if they can give treats to her. Very well stocked store & always find fun stuff for our little puppy. They have lots of toys for different sizes of dogs same as healthy treats for all sizes. We will definitely be back.

This store almost always has exactly what you need. All the food choices are healthy, so you can't go wrong, plus the staff is really knowledgeable if you need help. And if it turns out your pet doesn't like something, they'll just take it back, no questions. They have a four for three deal on everything, so essentially you are always getting 25% off. And most importantly, the staff is great, friendly, helpful, and really make it a joy to shop.

Employees are incredibly friendly & helpful. I have a small parrot and the only thing I purchase there is their fresh millet. It's the best and the staff always go out of their way to make sure I get their freshest millet. A huge Thank You to Pet Food Express!!!

Great selection, educated and friendly staff – very helpful! Clean facility with excellent baths for canine and a wonderful selection of products for pets. The hours are really good to hear open later than most people around here.
