I am very thankful they were able to take the time to sign all the documents needed to submit for my passport, when they could have told me to come back another day. A+ service!”

“Made an appointment online for three passports. Waited for about 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Got the photos taken, handed the lady all the documents (already filled out). Took less than 30 minutes for her to process all three passport applications and charge us the fees. Very efficient and friendly staff. Please make an appointment, the process goes extremely fast.”

Box here- I am giving them 5 stars because I had a phone call today to tell me that I had a large package - when I said I was going to get there close to 5 pm they said if I get there late bang on the door and I can get the package. Maybe it was in their way but how nice to let me know it arrived!”
