Darcy was amazing. She met us at the gate and took us around to show us the property. She made suggestions and really personal service. She made the choice and paperwork easy. I called them several times to verify my reservation. I talked to a bunch of people but I mentioned it twice I needed a unit that I could pull my car in. I was moving and packed all of my things in my car, drove 40 minutes and found out they didn't give me a unit where I could fit my car. This was around 8 at night and I had a flight early in the morning to catch. A very inconvenient situation. Needless to say I couldn't use the unit and I called to get my refund. They said I can't get a refund. Only money back for my lock.
