So far it's been a great spot I like having a place where I can come to and put my stuff. I showed up today and the luck I usually use wasn't there it was a blue lock which made me freak out because when I grabbed my keys my lock was still on it in the back of my bed of my truck I'll probably be back at 6:30 or 6:00 to talk with whoever may be in charge because hopefully my stuff was safe the entire time it's in an in case unit with or without a lock someone noticed it was open so thank you I'll keep you updated. --_Before the day was over they had left two messages telling me i forgot my lock and were trying to contact me. Two days later i found my lock in my truck at the storzge unit. I hav not talked to anybody but it seems like this totally had my back. They new i forgot my lock 2 days before i did, an hore after i left or less. Ill up Date again after they open.

Very affordable prices, clean and safe property, and most impressive staff I’ve experienced!Darcy, specifically, has been a huge reason why I have been a renter and supporter of selfstorage. She is not only very hospitable, but she has a great sense of humor, and is willing to listen to my needs on a professional level. She is wonderful at her job, and has made my personal experience with self storage MEMORABLE.THANK YOU DARCY

Fantastic storage center with friendly staff. They worked very hard on accommodating everyone during the Covid time and went above an beyond to help assist people with needs and storage access. Highly recommend and I've been with them over 4 years now

October 2020 by Steve P.
I would never recommend Stor-It-All. After being with them many years, I have found they aggressively increased monthly rentals rates many times, particularly after a new owner takes over. Moreover, when I discovered a leak in the roof of my storage unit had damaged two piece of art, they disclaimed any notion I was owed damages even though it was their roof that leaked on my possessions. Now they want to chisel on a refund I believe they owe me. I vacated the storage unit on October 18th, 2020 to the local manager who inspected the unit and told me it was fine. Nonetheless, he said, they would not prorate the rent payment since they only prorate in the first few (five)days of a month after payment has been received. The next day I read the original agreement that commenced Sept. 17, 1990. I then called the manager and told him I had surrendered and he had accepted the storage unit within five days of the day of the month my rent was due. After he spoke with his boss, they said I had not provided a ten day written notice and I would not get any refund. In fact, Clause 15 of the lease says "Further, this Rental Agreement may, at the option of the Owner be terminated . . . . . . . . or by Owner's acceptance of occupant's oral offer to terminate given not less than two (2) days before the proposed date of termination. personally delivered or if mailed." Their local manager accepted my surrender of the unit on the 18th. Add two days (October 20th ) and it is still within the five day period (October 22) my rent was due. Stor-it all should provide a prorated refund. The manager told me he would ask his supervisor to call me back. That call never came. After 30 years, many price increases (particularly under the current regime), monthly payments were up to $471 - up $341 (362 percent) from the original agreed rental rate of $130 per month, damages to my art, and reneging on the agreement - I simply cannot recommend them.
