Very helpful staff. There are a few checkers that run two registers at a time to speed checkout. Pretty amazing! They earn my appreciation!

If it were possible to give a pharmacy, zero stars, I would do it. The pharmacy was not open for two hours, and no one could reach the pharmacist who was supposed to be on duty. His phone was turned off. I had to reroute my sons, emergency room meds to another pharmacy. I am finished with Rite Aid, it's pharmacy, and it will never have any more of my business.

I asked a worker if they carried saline solution (Sodium Chloride) for inhalation via nebulizer, they told me to ask the pharmacist. I went and asked the pharmacist, they told me to go ask a worker. All I could find on my own were saline solutions for nasal rinses, not what I needed. I left and tried CVS; same exact level of customer support. Nobody had a clue. Thank the Nerd Gods for the Internet.

Pharmacy is horrible. How many times do you have to ask me my name and bring me back up to the counter to send me right back to a seat. Told them i was paying out of pocket and went round and a round all for a flu shot. Place is ridiculous and had to leave before I stroked out.

Big, clean store. Feels like a department store when you enter. Good variety of products and friendly staff.

The pharmacy is AWFUL. Very rude staff, terrible customer service, slow. I'd understand it if they looked understaffed but that wasn't the case. Go absolutely anywhere else in town, it can't get ANY worse than this place.

The pharmacy needs help. We've had recent issues getting standard prescriptions on time and long waits even after doing the online refill request and calling ahead trying to get prescriptions filled prior to having someone go down to pick it up. I am disabled and cannot pick up my own prescription so I have caregivers (friends and family) travel here from other towns to help with pick up. It is really bad when I have kind people take the time to help me and then they experience issues while at the pharmacy. Rite Aid, please remember that some people who use the pharmacy are very sick and need these medications just to be ok. The stress of the medication I need not being filled on time is not beneficial to my health. After 7 years of coming to this rite aid, I am changing to a pharmacy across town. Please give this rite aid the staffing and training and support they need to successfully work with the sick and disabled in our community.

13 days later since my last review and nothing has changed. I don't understand how Rite Aid corporate can keep a place so damn under staffed. I stood there in line for a good half hour and there was only one person working the register in the pharmacy. I watched 4-5 leave because they were waiting over 5 minutes and they got over it just left the line. I noticed a line in the front of the store with only one person working and a full line too. But for some reason there's a sign for now hiring right in front of the door. So Rite Aid hire some people or else no one will want to go in there. Your stupid generic response on here doesn't help either.

Noticed my chest pain had been increasing over the past two weeks. I'm on a heart med so I was wondering if something was off with that. Recently started using RiteAid as Pharmaca is out of business. Rite Aid gave me a brand of the med I've never taken. Went to google curious if something was going on with the medication.Ends up the company did a recall on this med months ago, but not on my particular dosage or pill. But still.... I figured if they had issues months ago, chances are much higher on they'd mess up other batches. I've seen strings of that happening in other companies. Besides, how does a company know when a med has a problem? Probably after it's effected a bunch of people. It took a while to call and get a person on the phone and the line was really long, but they were sympathetic and got me a different brand of the same drug. I noticed within about an hour that it was for sure working. They're very understaffed and from what I understand they're working on it. So the lines can be kinda long, but they try to be really efficient. What IS IMPORTANT: they believed me when I said this brand isn't kosher. How often do medical people disbelieve you? Most of the time. But they believed me. And that saves lives.

For a company that works with older people, the disabled, and the recovering... this is the rudest group of people I've come across. No bedside manner whatsoever. Both male pharmacists and the cashier are fine. They are grossly understaffed. The other women are atrocious. Expect min of half hour waits and if they do answer the phone, they can't give you a civil or kindanswer to questions. I'm a new patient and they wouldn't even explain to me how things are done over there. I've been at Kaiser Pharmacy for years, but was thrown off in October by Medicare.I don't know where they found these people. One can't even ask the time without attitude and rolling eyes.Just asking for the most basic professionalism. Let's have the kind, polite exchanges that happen in every other business in this town. My goodness, they constantly disappoint and often offend. I just don't know what to say about it.Fraternalmente,Flabbergasted, and verklempt in Boyes.P.S. I've never left a bad review before and have been on Yelp since the beginning.P.P.S.The right aid headquarters phone number is useless, no way to reach a human being to formally complain or ask appropriate questions that are answered with civility. The App is from Hell and no human beings accessible for tech support or to learn the ropes at this local pharmacy. The customers seem lovely. You get to know them while waiting in line for 30-45 minutes. They helped me learn the protocol.

Horrid attitudes all around from cashiers. They don't greet me ever. I take the initiative to say "Have a nice day/night" whilst being the customer. So wrong. And they stand their blankly chewing gum and say nothing. If Slownoma ever got a Wal Mart or Target I would bet my last 100 paychecks Sonoma's Rite Aid would close permanently. Which I rly hope happens.
