My wife Emily and I just recently bought a house with Ryan and it was as stress free and enjoyable as I believe is possible! Ryan is calm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and so very nice! We will be using Ryan if we ever need to sell and/or buy again, and we would recommend Ryan for ANYONE!!

Ryan Dailey was our buying agent when we purchased a beautiful home Sonoma in 2022. Ryan was extremely professional, dedicated and very detailed in making sure the purchase process was smooth from beginning to end. When we decided to sell our property in 2024 we contacted Ryan right away given our positive experience during the buying process. He always show initiative and energy. He never tried to talk us into any houses but respected our judgement. He gets back to you right away with any questions. Ryan was the only realtor that saw the value of our condominium.My fiancé and I wanted 70k over the last sale in our complex.
