I've never in a million years thought I would have a reason to write a review About gas station. Well today I got treated horribly by the "manager" who tried to tell me the reason the pump was not working was because I had put the nozzle back on the pump after I started pumping, which somehow indicated to the pump the transaction was over, but in fact I had not even begun pumping gas because it wouldn't let me, as clearly there was someone else's transaction still showing on the display ($10.82). I explained I hadn't pumped any gas and he kept arguing with me telling me stop talking and let him explain how the pumps work. ... at which point I said can you just help me get my gas. He then asked me to come back inside with him and discovered there was no transaction in the register. The cash register attendant had not properly done the transaction or there was a technical glitch and it cancelled out, not sure which and don't care. He said to me at that point, while I was standing at the front of the line of two Other people who had walked in behind me, "you'll have to go to the back of the line mama", "if you want to pay again for your gas". Um... at this point I said "are you f-ing kidding me?". Then he proceeded to tell me leave and that I could not get gas there. On any other I would have been irate but this just made me cry! I told Him he could call the police if he wanted me to leave. I knew I had no gas I like floated down Broadway on fumes and had been running behind all day and this stop for gas was seriously close to me running out. So I had to leave? Wt? Anyway, my car literally died twice with the next five mins. But I did make It around the corner to the 76 station! I hope this arrogant person finds a way to relieve his stress and stops condescending customers.

Pumps almost always broken or have some issue that affects their usability. Not very well maintained.

Andy did a fantastic job on my 2013 Subaru. There were multiple things I wanted him to check (and I didn’t want to drive a long way to my dealer). He did a complete diagnostic check, replaced a tire that had a non- repairable puncture, did an oil change and gave me assurances about my brakes and other key parts. I intend to take my 2007 Honda Civic there for a similar checkup. I like that Andy never tried to sell me repairs I didn’t need. I have full confidence in him and his staff

I took my 2013 Subaru to Andy to look at several potential issues. He did a complete diagnostic and made some necessary repairs that I was concerned about. Best of all, he told me that the brakes and other key parts were fine. He never once tried to sell me additional repairs. I highly recommend his Shell Station for excellent repair service. Great quality and value . I will take all my repair needs to him

I went to the Shell on Broadway at 3:00pm to have propane tanks filled. The lady at the counter said the person who could do it wasn't available and to come back in an hour and a half. I went back at 4:30pm and she said the guy left. By this time, other places to get my tanks filled we're closed. Waste of my time and I still need propane. What's worse is this isn't the first time.

Terrible propane service. Frequently unavailable. I have been told to return later only to again be told no one was available. I could have gone elsewhere the first time but was told to return after the other locations had closed. I'd rather they closed the service than waste my time. Seems understaffed, employees with poor morale, and under-trained. Do better Shell!

Horrible customer service from Amanda, more interested in smoking cigarettes with the guy (at the gas station) than to assist my husband with propane refill. She called him a filthy name very loudly with a station full of customers because he did not see her tiny sign. will NEVER give them buisness again.

The worst gas station in the town of Sonoma. It's filthy with no paper towels anywhere and zero customer service and I mean not even in the convenient store!

You should know that the mini-mart and the garage are under separate management. I can't comment on the store, but the garage is absolutely first rate. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable. From minor issues to major repairs, I know that I'm in good hands.

Called in advance for hours to have my RV propane filled. They had no specific times for dispensing. Heading out on a long trip from Sonoma, I stopped to fill up and girl working said since the sun set she couldn’t fill my tank. It wasn’t dark at all and there’s lights that came on at sunset. It was bullshittish and made for a cold night since I didn’t have propane for heat. She wasn’t even nice about it. Referred me to another place that wasn’t even open. Go elsewhere. I will.

The first time ... after using a card to purchase gas, within minutes I received a notification from my bank stating a second purchase was declined due to an inaccurate password. I wrote it off as random, since I have been a loyal customer since 1970 and had never experienced this. A month or so later, it happened again. Ummmm ... that's not random. Three times I attempted to contact the manager to no avail. Even left my phone number and requested a call back from the manager that was never received. When it happened the third time I called the police to let them know what was transpiring. Not only did that fall on deaf ears, I was told the police get their gas from this location all the time and have never had this happen to them. Well, I imagine since it had "never happened to them" that translated into "it must not have happened to me". It happened. I don't do business there anymore. And, today it happened at the Shell Service Station on Enfrente Road in Novato. Ummmm ... WHAT?!?

Nathan in the garage went above and beyond to help my son and I when his bike handle was loose and his bike uncontrollable. He let us interrupt him while working and came to our rescue, with a very kind and pleasant demeanor! Thanks Nathan! You’re a great community member!!!

Nathan in the garage was beyond kind to my son and I! We were out bike riding when his handle bar came loose. He couldn't ride or control his bike which meant it was going to be a long walk home. Nathan was really sweet and tightened it up and reassured my son. He's a great community member! Thanks Nathan!!!
