If you're just dropping off mail or picking up from your post office box, then great. If you need any sort of assistance, good luck. Some staff not trained. Abrasive attitudes. Act like you're an inconvenience or get upset when their lack of training leaves them struggling to accomplish basic tasks.

This post office is a mess. I signed up to get an email notification to alert me of incoming mail. One day I didn't get a number of important pieces including tax documents and a credit card. I contacted the post office and they were useless. They basically say they lost it. It happens. The clerks no longer care about delivering quality service. I walked to the post office to drop off a package return from Amazon and she told me it wasn't taped well enough and refused to tape it for me and directed me to buy an overpriced roll of tape. She was very rude and I ended up leaving without sending my package. Do not recommend this post office.

I'm glad to say I have great and trustworthy USPS here in town! Especially, Celly,, who attended me today and she showed great customer service Especially for being in the morning which I know is not easy. Celly deserves a great review to her outstanding service and personality. Will come back here when I need to!

I have lived in here for over 20 years. The personnel was always courteous and helpful. One time, by mistake, I had slipped in an unsealed/unmarked/not stamped envelope with an insurance personal check inside. I was frantic as it was just before closing time. One employee did look among the mass of yet unsorted envelopes and found mine. Service does not get better than that.

Worst post office and delivery service I've ever experienced. Postal items regularly not delivered in my box and other times wrong items delivered in my box.Won't pick up their phone...let it ring for 5 minutes...then disconnected on their end...let it ring for another 5 minutes and the same thing happens.Look at the reviews...never seen anything like this...mostly 1 star with many complaints...how can they get away with such terrible service?

This used to be a lovely post office. The new men who work there are incredibly brusque and unhelpful and the supervisor is never on site except after business hours - so good luck if they need her to sign off on something.

One of the best post office experience ever. Went in for my new born's passport appointment an hour earlier. The guy helped me and his mood was so uplifting. He deserves a promotion or something and he should be teaching how to behave with clients.Totally recommend this place.NOTE: Did not ask his name but he attended me at 11:15 on 3/24/23 for a 12:15 appointment.

We had a passport appointment we got there 15 min early so we where waiting the lady gave us something to sign we did and she left for lunch and we thought that the guy next to her will help he did not he would even let me talk to him he would put his hand ✋ up like this and point next to the empty spot we where just standing there for 50min so Rude !!!! Horrible customer service !!!!
