Worst customer service imaginable. One location in entire county and their hours are 9-4. Screw the people who have to work. Employees extremely unfriendly and unable to help you in any way except basic services. Anything else, you have to call someone on the telephone who then tell you to go to your financial center. If you like waiting on hold for extended periods of time to get no help this is the place for you. It is a shame what has happened to this once respectable bank.

I was trying to deal with an estate after a death in the family. They have so many hurdles and roadblock that it's impossible to resolve anything. They are the opposite of helpful. Very frustrating. And not just this branch. I've had the same experience at other branches.

Well, I solved my problem remotely by ordering a replacement Debit Card over my iPhone using the BofA Account interface, so I really can't comment on my interactions with their financial center.

Poor customer service. I'm forced to use this bank because I get direct deposits there. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing everything.

Bank of America has gone to hell. I have been with BofA for many years. It's impossible to get anyone on the customer service line; I am always on hold for 25 minutes or longer...such a joke. And when someone answers, the CS reps are in India...taking the jobs away from Americans...for the sake of BofA saving money. Perhaps they should change their name to Bank of India as there are no CS reps in America any longer. I moved $180,000 from BofA savings to Discover Saving Bank; all Discover employees (credit card and savings bank) are in the US. The CS is superb. I recommend Discover to anyone wanting top level CS. I am a retired CPA...I know business.

Wouldn't even give it a one star but you have to give it a star to get your rating the worst customer service ever. The ladies are rude the bank manager is rude. And question why you have a service animal.

I own a local business here in Sonora California. We have been with Bank of America for 14 years. Bank of America has started putting holds on our checks in the last two years as our company has grown exponentially. Bank of America even places holds on Bank of America checks and supervisors cannot explain to us why this happens? Bank of America has routinely refused to cash paychecks to my employees citing the fact that the signatures do not match. Bank of America is welcome to call us anytime to confirm the signature is correct that way our employees get paid however they do not do this and they have even gone as far as to say they cannot do this however they have done it in the past. These people are dishonest and we belle that the employees have forgotten that this is a very small town and that everybody inevitably runs into each other. So happy to be away from Bank of America!!
