“I highly recommend Wells Fargo Bank, specifically, the east Sonora branch. Their tellers, bankers and manager have helped me since we moved to Twain Harte, California. Especially when my account was hit with fraud on 10/3/23! They helped me secre my assets and file a claim either fraud prevention services. I was given a provisional credit for the stolen cash taken from an ATM in Florida. They also wrote a letter to my mortgage company explaining why my house pmt. was returned by the bank. Thank you guys for all your help during this stressful event! I give them☆☆☆☆☆”

“Nothing but good things to say about this Branch here in Sonora. All three girls working inside very sweet and attentive. I Was helped immediately when I walked in. I informed the teller that I had recently closed my account with Wells Fargo and was interested in starting account here today. I simply filled out a one-page form went home received a call the following day to come down and sign. Returning back to sign was as painless as the first visit. Super sweet tellers,, all saying hello and goodbye after spending just a few minutes opening a couple of accounts. If you need a bank that isn't terribly busy that you can get in and out and meet a couple of sweet gals then this bank is for you. They don't waste your time by making you wait around for them as other Banks do so well, and they know how to do their job and they do it well!I highly recommend this Bank here in Sonora it's completely painless, the way a bank should be.”

“Absolute best bank in town! This bank goes above and beyond. I consistently see my friendly bankers volunteering at local events and engaging in the community. They care about my family and have a unique way of preventing scams and thefts. They single handedly prevented my father from sending away a few thousand dollars to very skilled fraudsters. When I was in a pickle while out of town this bank hand delivered a check to a local business to help me out. I have never had a bank do this for me. Above all this, the staff are what makes this bank my bank. The manager Gretchen is always kind, willing to listen and refer me to the experts needed in town. Melani the assistant manager calls me if she notices something about my account and has helped me sort out a few mis-calculations. The tellers are vibrant and always so friendly. They greet me when I come into the bank and they even share their coffee. I feel like family when I come here. The commercial banker Mark is always willing to say hi and check in on things with me. He is so knowledgeable in real estate and the local experts he works with. The banker Josh is never afraid to senda friendly smile my way even when he's obviously very busy. Overall they have had my back more than once and I always send my closest friends to them”
