“Absolute best bank in town! This bank goes above and beyond. I consistently see my friendly bankers volunteering at local events and engaging in the community. They care about my family and have a unique way of preventing scams and thefts. They single handedly prevented my father from sending away a few thousand dollars to very skilled fraudsters. When I was in a pickle while out of town this bank hand delivered a check to a local business to help me out. I have never had a bank do this for me. Above all this, the staff are what makes this bank my bank. The manager Gretchen is always kind, willing to listen and refer me to the experts needed in town. Melani the assistant manager calls me if she notices something about my account and has helped me sort out a few mis-calculations. The tellers are vibrant and always so friendly. They greet me when I come into the bank and they even share their coffee. I feel like family when I come here. The commercial banker Mark is always willing to say hi and check in on things with me. He is so knowledgeable in real estate and the local experts he works with. The banker Josh is never afraid to senda friendly smile my way even when he's obviously very busy. Overall they have had my back more than once and I always send my closest friends to them”

“I highly recommend Wells Fargo Bank, specifically, the east Sonora branch. Their tellers, bankers and manager have helped me since we moved to Twain Harte, California. Especially when my account was hit with fraud on 10/3/23! They helped me secre my assets and file a claim either fraud prevention services. I was given a provisional credit for the stolen cash taken from an ATM in Florida. They also wrote a letter to my mortgage company explaining why my house pmt. was returned by the bank. Thank you guys for all your help during this stressful event! I give them☆☆☆☆☆”

“The Manager is kind and the tellers are generally helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me at times. The only complaint I have is the fact that my settings on the ATM change randomly and when I set them myself they do the exact opposite. If I ask for a receipt, it won't give me my balance until I say I have no other transactions, so I am required to put my card in twice. If I put the preference of no receipt, it gives me a receipt. It's very strange, but that's not the fault of the people who work at this branch. Lovely folks.”

“Because of our business, I have to stop by a few different banks every month. This particular bank’s customer service is wonderful. They always greet you with a smile, ask how your day’s going, and are always warm, welcoming, and professional.The other banks are very “robotic”. This branch makes banking a pleasure, and I’m hoping they know just how much they are appreciated!”
