This was the ONLY shop that cared enough to even attempt to fix it. I am handicapped and this car means my freedom. Over the years I have owned it, it has become such a part of my life that it's the only car I have ever named. Zach did his magic by finding all of the parts needed to bring Betty back to life. It was not an easy task but I really got the impression that he really did care about me, his customer. Something that I think is few and far between these days.
