Rite Aid is a clean and well-stocked pharmacy store. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and treated like family. The store has lots of what's needed, including fun seasonal decor, and is generally pretty well stocked, though sometimes specific items like makeup may be out. The pharmacy displays genuine care. Customers visit for the Thrifty Ice Cream, the pharmacy, and other store purchases. While prices are generally pretty high, buying things on sale and using the membership can save money. The store is noted as being very clean, especially compared to others. Past issues with freezers affecting ice cream appear to have been fixed. It is a place where customers confidently choose to meet their everyday health and wellness needs.
Left my $$$ OTC purchase at the pharmacy counter and realized a couple days later and called. Pharmacy staff said everything was put back on the shelf. Called back & Mngr. Erin found my purxhase and held on to it until I could pick up. TY to Erin - she went that extra mile! Sje needs a raise!
