I recently purchased a phone from Verizon, which came with a hefty price tag of $1,299. To my surprise, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to set up the phone. This unexpected fee left me feeling disappointed, especially given the high cost of the device itself.
As a company that prides itself on being a leader in communication, I expected better communication from Verizon's representatives. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like dealing with a used car salesman—promises and details were not clearly communicated upfront. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of customer service, and I hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously to improve their service in the future.

Sooooooo mad! Specifically asked if I could set up my replacement phone without WiFi and was told yes. Turns out, the person is ignorant and cost me time and money as a result. Now I have to drive back down the mountain because the staff do not know simple info. Arg!

I was serviced today by Noah(hope I have his name correct). He was so very polite, kind, especially helpful on my concern and I highly recommend using this location and hopefully getting him again. The store is clean and a pleasant place to be.

The service of Jon was extremely rude and unhelpful. Jon said there was nothing he could do since the store was closing in 5 minutes. The line was a business line and did NOT care that the service was getting turned off since Verizon could not mail at box to return a phone ( this was a known Verizon mistake with 2 calls placed before with operator informing to go to corporate office) the interaction was degrading and consisted of a lot of attitude with eye rolls and shrugging of the shoulders. Stated that we need to go to the Angles Camp Service (we were at previously) in which we call the Angles Camp office and they were attempting to help and saying that he is refusing all of the option to help. We asked him to put into the notes that we were having issues and he refused. We asked him what to do next, he refused. We asked if there was anything he could do he stated they closed in 5 minutes and refused all service. We are still in contract with the Angles Camp office and they are going above and beyond to help resolved these issues that are immediate.
