Went over to Les Schwab down the road, guy walked out helped me out before I even got through the front door, how much will be? I asked. No charge. I needed my brakes looked at, went to the Ford dealership where I bought my truck to ask a few questions maybe make an appointment. And this is where they lost me and why I will no longer buy vehicles there, The receptionist at the front desk hands me a desk phone and tells me to make an appointment. Frustrated I drove down the road and went to Les Schwab, again guy walks out inspects it, orders the parts and asks me to come in the next morning. The service at this shop is second to none in Sonora, I know lots of us want to "keep it local" but remember the county approved this business, the guys that work there live and pay taxes here in TUCO. Now I save time and go to les Schwab first thing.”
