Employees are friendly and helpful. The issue i has is the false information that is going around that they will price match with amazon and other companies. Try some local options first, but if Big Box is what you need, we will forgive you. The convenience is remarkable.

Most of the personnel were very helpful except for an older gentleman who took care of the locked up tools (grinders). He was grumpy. It felt he did not want to be there. He also was not knowledgeable about the products.
