“I am from Southern California and was traveling in my van up to Mountain View. Unfortunately, I have holes in my gas tank because people had stolen gas a while back and the repair that was on it fell out when I got to Santa Cruz. Zak and the employees here came to where my van was to check it out and see what they could do, and then they took it in and repaired it for me within 2 days. I am so grateful that they were able to help me out while I was so far from home and scared I wouldn't be able to get back! The repair has lasted me driving to Colorado and back to Southern California and is super solid. Big Thank you to the crew here for helping me out, especially in such a timely manner! Even though there were two people ahead of us, we were in and out quickly and efficiently. We got help estimating our mileage; approximate amount of gas needed before we returned the truck, and closest gas station; and an insurance recommendation. Another helpful staff person got the truck, which was in a clean condition. No issues with the return. Will definitely be using this location again and recommend to others. “This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price.The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”
