The store is about 30–40 minutes away from our home, and since my kids were sick, I couldn’t go pick it up. They kindly delivered it to our door the very next day. The service was amazing, and I was so grateful for the quick delivery.

“The owner is a very knowledgeable lady who really knows her stuff. My e-bike’s rear tire was damaged because it got stuck on a stapler, and I was worried it might happen again. If she hadn’t told me about the options between air-filled and solid tires, I honestly wouldn’t have known. Thanks to her advice, I chose a solid tire, and my bike was repaired perfectly.
She also repaired it super fast — I dropped it off at noon, and it was ready to pick up in the afternoon! Repairing an e-bike can be quite complicated since you need to remove the rear motor, but she handled it very professionally.
After changing to the solid tire, I felt the ride was a bit bumpier than before, with some shaking. She quickly found the reason and added a small cushion pad in the wire box to reduce the vibration. She also helped adjust my seat to make it more comfortable and better balanced, since I didn’t have much experience with e-bikes before.
Now it rides very smoothly, and I don’t have to worry about the tire breaking again. I’m very satisfied with the repair.

Warning: if you shop here for any substantial period of time, visiting Sprouts, Whole foods, Gelson's, and sadly Ralph's and even Target (which is now apparently a Kmart who thinks it's a Wholefoods/Macy's mashup and charges accordingly) ... may cause bouts of panic, impotent rage, sticker shock, price sweats, and a vague pangs of despair.
You'll see the exact same products on sale for several times what they cost at Grocery Outlet (Don't think you've gotten away, Erewhon; I've reserved a special circle of hell for you in an upcoming review ).

“This lady went above and beyond for me today while shopping at DDs. A great shopping experience ends bad, so I think !!! After paying with my phone seconds later it was gone. Like a magic trick. I kept going back and forth checking, speaking with the kind representatives. Until a manager came to help review the footage for me, explaining that yes I did put in my pocket. That’s all I wanted to know because even if someone took it I just wanted to be at peace with that. She was so patient with me as I was crying suggesting to go back to look in the car etc. when I realized I went to the little grass area to take my puppy to the bathroom. And there it was right in the grass! Thank you for being so compassionate and understanding and kind. I will find out your name and also give you praise for this.
