“I have a 14 yo K•Star exhaust unit and it started making loud noise. I recorded it and google search K•Star to reach customer care. I sent the video and they immediately replied to give me their definite analysis- a broken blower wheel, along with a quote and instructions of DYI to remove the part. I emailed again and told K•Star Team that I’d like to bring my unit on Monday because I can’t remove the part. I drove all the way to El Monte and met Dean, he’s very nice, he immediately assisted me to removed the part and replaced it with new one as well as new lights. It was really worth 40 minutes drive meeting a very kind person, his name is Dean, the one who’s very kind enough to assist me. I give K•Star 10 stars for both service and excellent product quality.”
“Christian has such a great work ethic, his customer service is excellent. He is very patient, informative and knowledgeable. I brought in a phone, for a younger sibling but the process was a bit complicated for me so it took a while because he (Christian) made sure that I was aware of every step and provided details while assisting me. He even offered me a seat and water. I recommend this location and this representative for all phone needs. 5 stars!”

This 7-Eleven in South El Monte, right across the street from Burger Zone, is one of the best locations I’ve been to!
Hannah was the associate who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing — so kind, professional, and truly attentive. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.
The store itself is very clean and well stocked. They have just about everything you could need, and it’s organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.
Overall, this is one of those 7-Elevens that I genuinely don’t mind coming back to. Great experience, great service — highly recommend! ⭐”
