I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christopher Oropeza, the Store Manager at Best Buy! He provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed for my daughter who is starting college and needed a Dell computer.
Christopher was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our experience the best it could be. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, helped us find the right options, and made sure we received the best possible customer service from start to finish.
It is rare to come across someone who takes such pride in helping customers, and Christopher absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond our expectations, and we left the store feeling completely satisfied and appreciated as customers.

“I filled out a ticket online on a Saturday when I needed tech-support. Not many distributors are open on Saturday's for support. I desperately needed to view my cameras for some playback. I have an old laptop so things weren't working so well. Thankfully the tech-support agent, Edgar, called within 15 minutes. He was able to help resolve all of my challenges in a timely manner. “I don't understand why ppl give them 1 star review. I randomly bought one of their monitor online 3 years ago, because I didn't have much of budget for a monitor at that time. it's still working. I'm a heavy computer user for both work and gaming, the price and the reliability, I have no point to take a single star off.Although I wish you guys produce some more advance monitors like Samsung, Asus or Alienware kind of 4K 144hz gaming, or even WQHD ultra wide screen. I know you guys are trying to keep the price low to support low budget customers, but... for whatever keep up the good work!”

“Very nice employees at this location. Of course it's 24/7. When your on a budget the have good iced coffee. I recommend get a gulp cup and filling it up with ice. Then add coffee and a couple of creamers. If you want to get creative add a pump of vanilla syrup or caramel.”
