“This review is loooong overdue! Despite this Home Depot location in Pasadena not being as large as the Monrovia store, I always find everything I need. And back in December 2026, I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service when I went in to purchase a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. The representative that helped me is Marybeth, she was incredible!!! She literally took her time in explaining the pros and cons of the appliances I was considering purchasing. She never pressured me and was very professional and kind. It's odd, honestly, very odd now a days to receive such exceptional service. And just the other day I happen to go in again looking for some items in gardening and once again a young lady, I wish I had her name, took the time to help me, advised me on soil products I was considering purchasing and I was just taken aback by the fact that they've got some excellent employees there! This is true even for the electric department where I've had to frequent lately. As I stated early on this review should have been posted way back in December, and I just want to shout out MaryBeth and the store manager whose name is Cesar, if I recall correctly, a big thank you for your help and support.”
“Amazing finds, from Porcelain tile for my new bathroom to even furnishing it with a gorgeous Vanity, Mirror, storage cabinet and rods. Great variety in inside and outdoor lighting with many styles, a must to get what you need at a very reasonable price.”

“Truly an amazing company. We bought 2 Toto Washlet toilets, and one had a defective seat that was not warming properly. Toto wanted to repair it, but I requested an exchange for a new one. The Toto company refused, and Million Decor stood behind the product and sent me a new one. Then we sent back the defective one to Toto. AMAZING service!”
“Love to shop here for all the things you may need in a home and for home improvement projects. They carry plants, out door furniture, lamps, all types of light bulbs, cleaning supplies, washers, dryers, refrigerators, lumber, wrought iron, paint, and miscellaneous hard to find items. Staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of their inventory and products.”
“I shop at this Home Depot often. Because I have a bad knee, I often use the mobile shopping carts. On my last visit, all the carts were occupied. While returning to my car, I saw a young cart man in the parking lot and explained my situation. He said he would see if he could find a cart. Shortly afterwards, he came with a mobile cart he found somewhere. This yong man's name is Leo, and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH. I offered him a tip, but he refused, saying he was only doing his job. He also remarked that if I needed help to load my purchases, the parking lot employees were available to help. Again, great service by employee Leo.”
“The service here is extremely helpful and friendly. All 3 associates I asked questions went above and beyond in helping me. Edger, Fido and the nice lady up at the check out were all very professional and welcoming. This home depot is very helpful compared to the one in Brea that I sometimes go to. “I had 2 broken tiles and also needed to grout it since it was old and worn. My first time doing it and honestly, not bad for having no experience. All I needed was to watch a few videos and the people at Lowes are ALWAYS so helpful. I love this store. It's my favorite store lately! ? Holiday section is great for Christmas.
Our landlord bought our fridge here. It was the perfect fridge and $900 off for Father's Day weekend and they delivered and set up perfectly.
This store has great parking and friendly employees. Sometimes the employees don't know much about their sections, but at least they try to help! I usually just figure out things on my own anyway.”
“What a fun labyrinth of a Home Depot. I was a little worried when I walked in because it is like a maze. Howevvvver… the number of very friendly employees was astoundingly impressive! As a contractor I visit multiple supply houses and Home Depot stores across SoCal. Usually I wander around shouting “Hello… does anybody work here? Hello!…” but… NOT HERE! I wish I had paid a lot more attention to all of the wonderful team members’ names that helped me because they deserve the recognition. I did however interact with YaMark(Sp) at the end. He was so upbeat and personable and you could tell he really cared when he helped me load my materials on my truck. I am so happy to have had such a wonderful end of day experience! Keep up the awesome attitudes Home Depot team!”

It's a good place. It's cool to see all the available things found inside the store. So many things to add onto your garage toolset or do a home DYI. Some of the staff here are friendly and knowledgable, others are.... questionable. But still a great atmosphere. I do wish customers would cover their mouths when they cough here though. Seems like a steady stream of sick people going in here for DYI (weird anecdote, I know).”
“Had a great experience at The Home Depot. The store is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find everything from basic home supplies to bigger project materials. Even when it’s busy, the aisles are generally kept clear and things are easy to locate.
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I needed guidance on picking the right tools and materials for a home project. Someone actually took the time to walk me through options instead of just pointing me in a direction, which I really appreciated.
Checkout was quick, and I liked that there were multiple self-checkout and assisted lanes open, which helped move things along. Overall, it’s a reliable place to go for home improvement needs, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects.”

“This location has great prices on slightly damaged appliances or returned appliances, for example you can buy a refrigerator that is missing one or both handles for 50% off and then just go ahead and find the handle to buy separately and still get a huge discount.”
“Vartan in plumbing is a great asset to the company! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was remodeling my kitchen and bathroom and was doing it myself. I went in there more than a dozen times and each time he was happy to answer any questions and even made suggestions and gave helpful advice that made my project easier.”
“I always shopping to this Home Depot. I sometimes need to return some items and there's workers who are rude and look depressed to be working. Although, a young girl whom I always see customer service helped me a couple days ago. She told me her name was Jen and she was nicest person there who has so far helped me return some gardening items. In the past I've been helped by grouch older ladies that don't seem to have that spark of energy that this young lady has. I feel Home Depot needs to change a couple people from there mostly the older ladies because their mean sometimes or seem to not want to help. “One item I needed was in its proper place the other item was not in the bin it was up high. I asked one worker & he just said what's in the bins is all they have. I found a different worker who helped get a stair ladder that was not high enough but had to go get the electric lift & I finally got the item I needed from up high. All in all from getting my first item to getting my second one & paying took 1 hour when if the proper item was in the right bin it would have taken half the time.”
