“I had an excellent experience at One Stop Cellular. The service was professional, fast, and extremely informative from start to finish. I needed a new key made for my 2010 Honda Accord, and they handled it quickly and efficiently.
What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by also fixing my original key fob. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was fully informed about what was being done, and were very thorough throughout the whole process.

From the moment I walked in, Carlos made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. He greeted me with energy, professionalism, and confidence, and right away I could tell I was dealing with someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. He didn’t rush me, didn’t try to push anything on me, and took the time to break everything down in a way that actually made sense. He answered every single question I had, explained all my options, and made sure I was getting the BEST deal possible, not just the easiest one.
On top of that, he handled everything smoothly. Setup, transfers, making sure my phone was working perfectly before I left. No stress, no confusion, just straight professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about helping people.
I’ve been to other AT&T stores before, but this experience was completely different. Carlos went above and beyond and made the whole process easy, fast, and actually enjoyable.

Most things are Chinese based still they speak English just lots of signs in Chinese ( inside the grocery store ) however it’s the area I live in.
Sick of Verizon wireless &the whole billing department is a scam. I saw the sign outside 4 lines $100 promo or 5 $120 that’s amazing my bill with Verizon has never been under $340 for 4 lines and I couldn’t do it anymore
Steven made it quick and easy literally QUICK AND EASY HELPED me switch over my phones without having to call stupid Verizon’s customer service I even got a gift this store is located inside the grocery “168””

“I am beyond impressed with the service we received!!! My dad’s phone just stopped working. Couldn’t unlock it. My mom passed a few months ago and the phone had all his pics and videos of her. The look on his face when the ATT store said it was a lost cause made me clear my schedule to drive down to see if I could help. My daughter had been to this place before and so that’s where we went!
And you know what he said “It can be fixed” I won’t lie I cried a lil bit. Not only did he fix it… he was able to fix it the SAME DAY!!! His professionalism is why we will NEVER take anything that needs to be fixed, that he can fix, ANYWHERE else! And you shouldn’t either!!! He explained what needed to happen. I brought in a phone, for a younger sibling but the process was a bit complicated for me so it took a while because he (Christian) made sure that I was aware of every step and provided details while assisting me.
