“At the moment, I only have a complain! I am looking for a phone number to contact them and it’s not even accessible…so frustrated because my package has not moved since Monday and today is Wednesday! They told me my package would arrive by Wednesday. I need an accessible phone number please!
I came back to comment that I had to go to the location to ask (which was an inconvenience due to my schedule) but the people were very nice and helpful! I left them my contact information, and they said they would contact me to follow up on my package, and they did. My package has arrived to its destination…so happy!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this post office. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. Adriana, Anne, and Jose are absolute gems — each one of them is so friendly, patient, and makes you feel truly cared for. They go out of their way to be helpful, and there’s such a comforting, positive energy every time I visit.
What also really stands out is how much effort they put into decorating for every holiday. It’s those little touches that make the place feel so welcoming and special. “I didn’t know I would write a review for USPS. Everybody was so nice and thoughtful. I walked in for a passport. Made a few mistakes, but was in and out within 5 minutes. Even took passport photo and staff made sure I like the picture. My nearest USPS has a bad reputation. I’m so glad I drove extra to this location. Thank you everybody who helped me out!”

“I had a great experience with this Live Scan location. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process really quick and easy. Prices were cheaper than many other areas that I called and no there was no hidden fees. Definitely recommend this spot if you need fingerprinting done efficiently and stress-free. Michelle was excellent at her service.”
“Love our little post office. We had a po box here years ago and still come by occasionally for shipping. I do love the convenience and that little machine you can use for postage, but I really enjoy talking to the staff here. They’re always friendly, and I especially love the brunette women who greets you with a warm “hi mija.” it just makes the whole experience feel a little more personal ?”

“This post office has been a surprising source of calm for me since early this year. Some days I stop by just to drop off mail or packages, and other days I simply pass through, but every time, it’s consistent: clean, quiet, and efficient.
The attendant in the mornings always greets me with a smile, and I genuinely get the sense he remembers me (or maybe it’s my little dog Mimi he recognizes). Either way, the friendliness makes a difference. He even shared that Mondays are their busiest days, which explains why my morning visits always feel so easy and unrushed.
The building itself is beautiful, full of Old Pasadena charm. The high ceilings, intricate windows, and natural light make it one of those rare post offices where you don’t mind waiting. Even the mailboxes have a vintage look that adds to the character.
There’s also a window for prepaid USPS packages, which makes drop-offs simple and quick. I’ve never had a hassle here, and I always leave impressed with how fast the experience is.
If you appreciate efficiency and historic beauty, this is hands down one of the best post offices around.”
“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. “I've always lived in this city and I go here most of the time. Bryan and Tracy usually help me. They are always cheery, helpful and very knowledgeable about how to send mail/packages. Last Saturday had a 5 minute wait. Not bad for a weekend. Excellent customer service.”

“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”

“Good service. Kris helped us out as walk-ins for passports (we got lucky the office was not busy). He was courteous, walked us through the process and took our picture. We were done in a few minutes.
This office was clean and looked cared after. It was worth driving a few minutes out from Downey. If you need to do a passport walk in or schedule soon, go to this office they do walk-ins M-F, Downey does them only Thursdays. When I looked at the website this office had opened appointments with in 3 business days but Downey office was like 2 weeks out.”
“After failing to find my packages in my mailbox for quite some time, I went to the front desk for assistance. I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing.
When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding.

“Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. “This is one of my go to post office locations when I am visiting family every couple months.
The city of South Pasadena finished their last phase in landscaping the remaining grassy area in the south side by the public parking lot.
Fun Fact:
They built a 100% California native, drought tolerant demonstration garden. Selected plants that are naturally suited to the hot and sunny weather while also supporting pollination and providing food and shelter for wildlife.
Plantings will have color at different times of year, and include Cleveland Sage, St. Catherine’s Lace Buckwheat, Toyon, a ‘Desert Museum’ Palo Verde tree, among other plants.”

“went there two times at 12:45ish. the first time was no problem, the second time the employee was on an hour long lunch break so I had to go to another post office. not sure if this happens frequently but you may need to call to see if anyone is there during lunch time.”
“I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”
