“I'm a Nicoya living in Washington state where Nicas are rare, as are Nicaraguan markets/restaurants, so this place was awesome. My sister took us there and I went ham and bought a bunch of rosquillas (Nicaraguan crunchy cookies), queso ahumado (smoked cheese) and queso frito (cheese used for frying, aka "queso frito").The older lady up front (named Argentina) was super sweet and helpful and pointed us to where things where. If I lived in LA, I'd definitely be a regular here.Even if you're not Nicaraguan, I'd still recommend checking it out and at least trying the rosquillas - they're made of corn masa, crunchy and great for dipping in coffee or just plain. The cheese for frying (aka queso para freir) is also good - slice it into 2 by 2 inch squares and fry it up straight up until it turns slightly red all around...no breading required.”

“I have started to go to this 7-eleven in the past 2 days because my kids started school and it's close by the school, the morning person that is there is always so helpful, he today gave me a suggestion to try the new freshly brewed coffee and I'm glad I did it was delicious! Oh and he also recommended the cookies they bake daily, they are just so soft and gooey just the way I like them, and he's always mopping and cleaning the place. I am so glad I can come see a smiling face when picking up my coffee daily, thank you for the recommendations”

“I don’t write reviews at all but after seeing the reviews for this store, I feel like I should be obliged too. I go to this 7 Eleven frequently and so far I have not seen any bad service from anybody! There are new staff and old staff and they have never ONCE discriminated me or yelled at me. The place is always clean and spotless and they follow COVID protocol. I apologize if anybody has gone through bad service but I assure you it’s 100% better than it was a year ago!”

“Based on my personal experiences, I honestly never felt that the staff never underperformed or did a "bad job." The only time they were closed, was due to some power outage, during the rain season. But that was over a year ago. Aside from that, it's good! In fact, earlier today, the young man over the counter asked me twice if I wanted a bag, and I replied, "No, it's okay." Yet, he gave me the bag as a kind gesture. He probably knew, I wasn't in a good mood. But that small thing made my day. These little things make a world of difference.”

“The medicine for my parents are always filled within a reasonable time ahead of time, before we our completely depleted. The Pharmacy is always proactive in calling me to verify if we still need to refill our medicine. I've had to deal with other Pharmacies, CVS definitely comes through with flying colors. “What can I fast chevron is the gas for my car. It keeps it running smoothly. I've tried other brands of gasoline and its not the same. The clerks always nice and unless you go like right in the afternoon they're isn't much traffic but if there is the line moves fast.”

SHE WAS BOMBARDED WITH ORDERS 3 PHARMACY CALLS AND A SYSTEM THAT WAS DOWN, I came in with excruciating pain freshly discharged from urgent care after a long day of work... so I was already with thin patience the clinic only called in one of my medications and couldn't believe they forgot to call in the main medication but Anne made it happen I really thank you”

“This place was always my go to since I was raised most of my childhood in the nearby neighborhoods, San Gabriel was my home street. Point is that I am real fond of this location and this new guy who I encountered today, 1/18/2020, he was on the cashier. I walked in, he said nothing, I told him, "good morning" he said nothing. I brushed it off because I thought maybe he didn't hear me but then I got my drink, walked to the counter and began paying, he said nothing the entire time, after the transaction gets approved I say, "thank you" and he says nothing,... People, I'm not asking for more than a basic reply but if you're working in customer service and this is the level of service you give then you need to be reprimanded. Whoever the new guy is he's rude, he treats you like you're not even there, can't even be bothered to say you're welcome. Which sucks because while the previous people didn't have the most welcoming demeanor at first glance, after many visits they become pretty cool people, always cracking jokes and honestly as a child this was the place my cousins sister and family members all would walk to this place and get us refreshments and snacks so seeing that this dude not even trying to give good customer service is just upsetting /:”
