“This has to be on of the best Medical offices I've ever been to. I've seen NP Tim, NP, You You, and Dr Yau. These folks are some of the most compassionate medical providers I've ever met.
Dr Yau can get very busy so in the past I've agreed to see Tim or You You and they are both great. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and provide best quality care.
I always leave my appointments feeling like all my questions have been answered.
The young ladies in the front office and the medical assistants are also of the finest caliber.
I all Dr's offices were like this no one would be afraid to go to the doctor.”
“I had such a great experience with Dr. Pakour and the entire team. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and attentive. Maria, the nurse, was especially caring; she really listened to my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. There is also a new lady who has been there for about three weeks; I forgot her name, but she was incredibly lively and sweet the entire time, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. I felt safe, heard, and truly welcomed from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks.”
“Doctor Issa Botros is the best Doctor I’ve ever went to. I came in with a sore throat and wasn’t able to speak but he came through evaluated me, knew what problem was and the medicine he prescribed me healed me like a miracle. I have a big fear of needles but he recommended a shot that would help me out right away and while I was afraid to do it he kept me calm, I got the shot and just like everything he told me I started to feel better in 30 minutes. I would’ve slapped myself if I didn’t get that shot. I had some abscess in my throat, couldn’t talk normally and he told me the medication he’s prescribing me would heal me in 2 days. Well I just gotta say I went in at 8:00 a.m and my abscess and inflammation went away completely by now at 7:38 p.m. I can eat properly now without pain or discomfort swallowing, drink fluids without difficulty and finally will be able to get a great 8 hours of sleep. I went to this urgent care after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle at low speeds and they were too GREAT! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was polite and attentive. I got checked out, ALL my wounds were treated, got X-rays done, and received prescriptions. Nothing too major but very painful.”

From difficult diagnoses to instant recognition of my symptoms, Dr. Z has never failed to provide the proper care. Over the decades he became my family’s physician. I’ve had many illnesses that were treated by so-called specialists and on several occasions my recovery was not promising, but Dr. Z became my advocate with those Know-it-alls and helped to bring about my recuperation. I am so grateful for the never rushed & caring treatment I’ve received from him. He’s retiring soon and I am truly afraid and concerned for my future care. I usually feel pressured/uneasy when it comes to getting checked up, but with this experience it made me think other wise. I came here to get my vaccinations and mind you.. I AM SCARED OF NEEDLES ! I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me.
