“I was very pleased with the service and care we received. I thought my cat had a broken leg but was calmed right away by the doctor. I brought her back in a couple days later for something else. He ask a lot of questions then explained things to me that he was concerned about with my cat. I received two follow-up calls from the doc inquiring status of my cat. This is not something I am used to. Highly recommend this clinic. Only downside was, they work by appointment only so I couldn't just walk in and wait for an opening. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment though.”

“The staff at Harbor Animal Hospital are amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. We took our elderly cat to get some respiratory things checked and get flea medicine and refill a past prescription for my cat. Dr. Norby and her helper Samantha were both super helpful and answered all our questions and told us extra tips on things and went above and beyond any vets we have seen. They werent pushy or trying to force us to do more tests and things than what we decided on and were very respectful.”

“This clinic has been taking care of my pets for many years. My pets have always liked everyone here, but my present doggie, Maddy, absolutely loves them all. She basically drags me in and can't stop wagging her tail (and butt)! She recently had bladder stones (a lot!) and was very uncomfortable, as you can imagine. She had to have surgery to have them removed. After a period of adjustment, she's finally acting like her old self. Such a relief to have someone who's caring enough to deliver the kind of care a little animal needs. I'm really grateful. :D”

-
825 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90038
“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We arrived on time for the appointment and were taken back to the treatment room, but then were not seen, while other pets were seen. When I checked back in with the front desk, they appeared to not know who we were, when our appointment was, or when or if we would be seen. Bad all around. UPDATE: This issue was promptly--and graciously--resolved with a follow up appointment the following day and free exam. It is refreshing for a veterinary practice to acknowledge and address a concern so quickly and directly. We will be returning.”

“I take all my for babies here and love all the kind staff members. It sometimes gets extremely busy and I marvel how the receptionist manages to answer the seemingly never-ending phone calls, schedule appointments, greet pet owners, assign rooms, wipe up dog messes, and magically stays organized, friendly, and efficient. I would be overwhelmed to be honest. Yes, it gets extremely busy sometimes and you have to stay on hold for a while when you are on the phone, but I’ve seen her in action in the office a lot of times and am amazed how she handles everything.”

“This Banfield is a shining beacon of excellence. Each and every employee, from Dr. Singh, to all the vet techs, to the front desk staff, are extremely professional. Appointment availability is extremely reasonable. I appreciate their proactive calls to get my Chihuahua in for her bi-annual wellness exam. Total time that I’ve had to leave my dog at this location is extremely reasonable, usually no more than 3 to 4 hours. Truly remarkable staff at this location. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs. Also, thank you to the staff that take the time during Christmas to offer photos with Santa.”

“I came in with no patient history for my cat needing emergency care. They ultimately couldn’t help me, but that’s not their fault—they just weren’t equipped for what I needed. They still dropped everything and took my kitty back immediately to do what they could, they still showed concern and compassion, and they helped set me up to go over to an animal hospital equipped to do the services I needed. Their compassion and urgency made me feel like I was in good hands even in a moment that felt out of control for me. After I left, they called to give me updates about some paperwork, and asked *me* to update *them* about how everything works out for us. Human to human care, even when it’s about animals, means so much in this world. This team has that in spades. I wish I could give ten stars.”
