“Not all British people have bad teeth, and not all heroes wear capes… or tights. We had a Trash Heep mishap and not only did he save us $2k, and figure out the CORRECT diagnostic in literally 5 mins, but he made us laugh for an hour straight. Tried to give him my perfect best boy border collie as a thank you, but he would only take cash. Would buy a car from him or let him berate us for buying a Jeep again, 10/10. May have to drive up to Tahoe again just to have him fix all our cars, tbh. Thanks, Karl!”

“I went to Lake tahoe on business stayed 3 nights on our last day there. my check engine light came on.we went to O'Reilly to get a diagnostic check they said we should get the car checked out by a mechanic before heading home since we had a 7 and a half hour drive.we drove to 3 shops and they did not want to help us everyone said we needed and appointment. We went to norms as our last resort to see if they could help.we were giving up hope but thank God that the lady that was there and the mechanic helped us out and explained that I had nothing to worry about with the check engine light it would be ok to drive home. What I am trying to say is that if u are ever in lake tahoe and need an honest and trustworthy mechanic please don't wate your time going anywhere else go to norms they are amazing people.”
“Excellent overall service. On my to visiting Lake Tahoe I had a leak in my tire, the valve stem failed. I called, picked up immediate, schedule a time for drop off and notified me when the service was done. This place was busy, it’s obviously a great shop. They have a board listing all the appointments on display. I found them by chance and recommend them highly.”

“We sheered off and messed up our wheel studs while out on vacation. These guys were able to get us in and get the studs fixed quickly. They were not able to find same color lug nuts for us but went out of their way to spray paint them to match. “A bear damaged my passenger door to the extent that the car was not driveable but I had to get back to Michigan ASAP. Ryan's team fit me in right away and got the door so that it would seal reasonably well so I could get home, even though he knew I would not be using his shop for the actual repair. Great service. Great advice. Hopefully, I won't need body work in Tahoe again, but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
