“Tahoe local here. Needed to get in a car as mine is in the shop. Tried to deal with the place one casino over which was a nightmare. I gave Enterprise a call and spoke with Valerie. She is a GEM. Extremely professional and understanding yet sweet and funny. Definitely needed that after a stressful day dealing with towing a car, dealerships and that whole headache. She was able to get me into a vehicle quickly. When I picked it up, she was just as great in person. Very quick and efficient with the check in process while making sure I had everything I needed. Great experience overall. I will be an Enterprise customer from now on!”

“This Budget location saved me after a horrible experience renting a car in the Reno airport! Nicole was so friendly and kind and went out of her way multiple times to help me. I highly recommend renting a car here and for the customer service. Take the Tahoe shuttle from the airport and choose this location over dealing with the airport crowds. Reno airport also over charged me and won't correct the issue. Enjoy a hassle free car rental and great support while at South Lake with this Budget rental company. ;)”

“I had a great experience! Starting with Oscar when we got a car. Our car was ready on time and Oscar was a very kind and helpful employee. When i returned the car Josh was there and he was also very kind and helpful! My experience here was great! I will definetly recommend them and use them for further car rentals.”
