“We rented a 4WD at Enterprise in Reno, and drove up to South Lake Tahoe. We SPECIFICALYY reserved, requested, and reminded Enterprise in Reno that we needed a 4WD. When we arrived in South Lake Tahoe at 5 PM on a Friday, we realized it was a 2WD and a major snowstorm was starting. We hurried to Enterprise in South Lake Tahoe where Tim, the manager, went way above and beyond the call of duty to procure us a 4WD. He drove us to the Stateline Enterprise location where there was one available 4WD, and he made sure that we got in it. Had it not been for Tim, we would have been stuck in a hotel for days because the 2WD given to us in Reno was not able to go up the slick streets to our home. Tim literally saved not only our day, but our entire vacation. My review of Enterprise in Reno will NOT be as positive as this.”
