“The U-Haul on Emerald Bay Road in South Lake Tahoe is supposed to have propane refill service on site. However, their propane hose is broken on the Labor Day weekend. The gentleman working there is very nice. He gave me the name and detailed directions to the other store with nearby propane refill service. He is very helpful. The store is nice and clean. They have all the tools for moving and all sizes of boxes in stock. I hope their propane refill is working next time when I’m there.”

“Showed up when promised ! The 1st time. It's been downhill since. Twice they pumped less than 100 gal in 500 system. You pay $25 in fixed fees no matter the quantity pumped. Then they failed to get in touch with me even after I wrote twice. When they did finally answer a month later, it was a canned answer not addressing the issue. I hope I can update when it gets better..........”

They went above and beyond with their customer service and were be sure to lay out everything very clearly. This was my first time using U-haul and these two gentlemen made it an absolutely amazing experience.”
