Raley's has been serving the Y and Emerald Bay communities of South Lake Tahoe since 1972. It is a large grocery store with a wide selection of items, including wine, imported beer, and body products like cuticle cutters. The store is well-stocked with fresh produce and seasonal utensils throughout the year. While prices can be a bit high, there are plenty of parking spaces available. The store offers decent prices on groceries, meats, and dairy, making it a good stop for those staying in the area and cooking their own meals. However, it is not within walking distance from the casino hotels or the famous strip, especially during busy seasons when travel times can be over 10 minutes.

This store carries my favorite gluten-free bread. I come for the bread, but take full advantage on the deals. Employees aren't that great, but they carry my bread. I'll keep coming.
