Ross Dress for Less offers the best brands and latest fashions for family and home at 20% to 60% off department store prices. The store has a lot of items, especially during Christmas season. The service is amazing, with welcoming and happy staff. However, the lines can be very long and they need more staff. The clerks perform well under pressure. Ross Dress for Less is a great place to find sales of well-known brands at cheap prices and pick up deals on good stuff.
We were on vacation in Lake Tahoe and didn't pack cold weather clothing. I popped in and bought a pair of boots for $25. Saved the day.

Ross in South Lake Tahoe is well organized and clean. The merchandise they carry seems better than most of the Ross stores I have visited in recent years, even though I didn't find anything to purchase. The store is pretty big, with a beautiful storefront and a huge parking lot. The area looks very safe.
