Okay, not great. Zero service whatsoever, the office was closed 90% of our stay (4 days) and no room service (cleaning, new towels, etc.). Room was decent, the bathroom was recently redone. Empty beer cans were under the bed and the entry way carpet was duck taped down. Fridge and microwave worked.

Jimmy the owner is amazing. We came up for a concert. The price of the rooms are affordable. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Rooms are clean, ac blows cold and the location is perfect for heading downtown. Jimmy also gives you a pass to a private beach. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
