I really enjoy Tahoe Rising because of the variety of classes offered and each class is very intentional and personable!

Went here tonight for a yoga and wine class. It was so fun and non-judgemental. The teacher was really laid back, but also gave good direction on what we should be feeling in each pose.I look forward to coming back this week for another class.
