There is so much heart at Tahoe Rising, there is a quiet reverence that blankets the studio and gives you such a peaceful feeling. I love it. Highly trained teachers with extremely high knowledge in body mechanics as well the sweetest connection of spirit. Love y’all!!

Tahoe Rising is a GEM in Tahoe. I recently had 2 babies back to back and have been going to Lorilyn’s Yoga in the Ropes class with Therapeutic Rad Balls. This class is YUUUUMMMMMYYYY… ALL the good stretches and it feels like you have an assist in every pose with the ropes. Lorilyn is very knowledgeable when it comes to modifying for injuries and has been helping me recover also from years of knee injuries. She is great with alignment too. I feel very personally cared for at this studio and that is rare to find. Some places, you’re one of 20 or 40 in a class but here, everyone is family. I highly recommend Tahoe Rising Yoga for both the local as well as for the visitor. Nothing like an amazing yoga class after a day on the slopes or on the lake!

Went here tonight for a yoga and wine class. It was so fun and non-judgemental. The teacher was really laid back, but also gave good direction on what we should be feeling in each pose.I look forward to coming back this week for another class.

I had the pleasure to take a power flow class with Kayla Garcia. Her energy and personality was just what I needed to start my day. She gave clear and precise instruction and the sequence was challenging but she offered appropriate modifications to make the practice accessible to all levels. Great class!

I want to start out by saying Lorilyn is a gorgeous, genuine woman, with such a beautiful soul. She is so professional and so sincere, when you speak to her she looks at you like you're the only person in the room and actually listens to you. I love her personality and enjoy her presence :) I never ever thought I would be into doing yoga... Lorilyn changed that for me! I showed up for a private session,not knowing what to expect. I walked into this beautiful room with hardwood floors, so nicely decorated, she also has the ropes so neatly on the wall (you can hang from these ropes!!) I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Lorilyn is very educated when it comes to yoga and the bones and muscles in the body; she really knows her stuff. I'm a hairdresser, so my back is always hurting. She knew what bone in my foot connected to my spine. I've never met someone so intelligent when it comes to yoga and someone who enjoys her practice as much as her!! I love knowing I'm not going to a yoga teacher who just tells me what to do. Lorilyn talks to me about my career and my stress levels to know the toll I take on my body and she helps alleviate all my pain. I'm so happy I met her and anyone who is interested in yoga but is nervous should 100% try Yoga Tahoe.

Did my first inversion/rope yoga today and it was AWESOME. Finding that my body/soul is in need of at least 3 classes a week to keep my sanity. Cant wait for the next class.
