This Chase Bank is located in a convenient location, across the street from Pavilions, with plenty of parking. The service is good and the tellers are invariably nice, friendly, helpful, professional, courteous, and polite. Employees are gracious and clearly love their job, providing outstanding and stellar customer service that is greatly appreciated. The Chase app is also very easy to use. However, the branch has just one ATM. Some services, like Private Client, can feel like a waste of money. Branches are often understaffed with a lot of officer turnover, and it can be hard to grab ahold of appointments at other locations. Getting someone to pick up the phone can be difficult, but this specific branch is noted for answering calls. For those who travel abroad, a positive is that Chase has lots of branches in foreign countries. Overall, the consistently excellent tellers and the helpful app are the primary reasons customers recommend this bank.
